12:08 AM: Suspicious Person at 56 EAST CAR WASH, MARKED OUT WITH VEHICLE BEARING OHIO REGISTRATION SHE HAS BEEN ADVISED AND HAS LEFT.

1:44 AM: Traffic Offense at US RTE 23 NORTHBOUND IN SOUTHBOUND LANES, REQUESTING OFFICERS CHECK FOR A WRONG WAY MOTORCYCLE DRIVER NORTHBOUND IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES OF US RTE 23 FROM TARLTON RD. OFFICER WAS IN THE AREA WHEN THE CALL WAS ORIGINALLY PUT OUT – UNABLE TO LOCATE.

2:37 AM: Noise Complaint at LOGAN ST, ADVISED OF A LOUD MUSIC COMPLAINT AT LOGAN ST. THE RESIDENT WAS ADVISED REFERENCE THE NOISE ORDINANCE

2:58 AM: Traffic Offense at S SCIOTO ST, ADVISED THERE IS A MALE WEARING A PLAID SHIRT THAT HAS BEEN DRIVING A WHITE JEEP SUV ERRATICALLY IN THE AREA OF S SCIOTO ST. IT WAS LAST SEEN HEADING TOWARDS COURT ST. UNABLE TO LOCATE.

5:42 AM: Vandalism at E OHIO ST, ADVISED SOMEONE BUSTED THE WINDOW OUT OF HER VAN THAT IS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY. REPORT TAKEN ON CRIMINAL DAMAGE.

7:28 AM: Vandalism at N PICKAWAY ST, CALLER ADVISED HE HAS TWO VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY BEING SHOT AT REPORT TAKEN-

7:57 AM: Well Being Check – at WALNUT ST / WASHINGTON ST, CALLER ADVISED OF SOMEONE INSIDE OF A SILVER CAR PASSED OUT AT THE STEERING WHEEL, PARKED IN FRONT OF THE BIG RED HOUSE ON THE CORNER CHECKS OKAY- FEMALE FELL ASLEEP WAITING ON HER BOYFRIEND

8:07 AM: Vandalism at SPEEDY MUFFLER, CALLER ADVISED ONE OF THE VEHICLES THEY HAVE AT THE SHOP WAS VANDALIZED REPORT TAKEN

8:43 AM: Disturbance at PICKAWAY COUNTY METROPOLITAN HOUS, CALLER ADVISED XXX IS THERE SCREAMING AND CURSING AT STAFF CALL CANCELLED BY XXX SHE ADVISED THE MALE HAS LEFT

9:06 AM: Miscellaneous Complaint at Berger Hospital, BERGER SECURITY MARKED ON THE RADIO THAT THE NEED AN OFFICER AT THE ER BECAUSE THEY WERE ADVISED TO CONTACT US IF A PARTICULAR PERSON CAME THERE ( BERGER WAS ADVISED BY OFFICER YODER THAT THE SQUAD TRANSPORTED HIM THERE DUE TO HIM BEING SUICIDAL EVERYTHING CHECKS OKAY- PATIENT WAS TRANSPORTED BY SQUAD

9:27 AM: Vandalism at ATWATER AV, CALLER ADVISED DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO HIS VEHICLE OVERNIGHT REPORT TAKEN

9:35 AM: Domestic Trouble at W MOUND ST, CALLER ADVISED OF A MALE AND FEMALE STANDING IN THE FRONT YARD YELLING AT EACH OTHER CHECKS OKAY- IT WAS VERBAL

9:49 AM: Suspicious Person at W MAIN ST, CALLER ADVISED OF A SUSPICIOUS MALE THAT WAS FOLLOWING THEM AS THEY WERE TAKING A WALK ON THEIR BREAK. HE HAS BLONDE HAIR, BEARD AND WEARING GRAY CARGO SHORTS, LIGHT BLUE TSHIRT AND CARRYING A BACKPACK HE CHECKS OKAY- HE IS JUST WALKING

9:53 AM: Parking Complaint at INK MY LOGO LLC, LER ADVISED OF A BLACK AND RED HONDA PARKED IN FRONT OF HER SHOP FOR OVER 24 HOURS AND HASNT MOVED, SHE SAID THAT IT BELONGS TO SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT XXX. CALL PENDED BECAUSE ITS PAST THE TWO HOUR TIME AND THE VEHICLE IS STILL PARKED
THERE CHECKS OKAY- VEHICLE HAS BEEN MOVED

11:39 AM: Miscellaneous Complaint at E MOUND ST, CALLER RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE FROM THE SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE IN TEXAS STATING HER SOCIAL AND NAME IS BEING USED IN MONEY LAUNDERING AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING . CALLER DOES NOT HAVE THE PHONE NUMBER THAT IT CAME FROM CALLER ADVISED THIS HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED

12:37 PM: Vandalism at HAYWARD ST, CALLER ADVISED HE HAS A BUSTED WINDOW ON HIS VEHICLE REPORT TAKEN

12:38 PM: Trespassing at OHIO HEIGHTS APARTMENT COMPLEX, CALLER ADVISED BOBBIE ROSE IS TRESPASSING BY BEING AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND SHE IS AT HER MOTHERS RESIDENCE APARTMENT # AND WAS TRESPASSED BY PICCA MONTHS AGO REPORT TAKEN- BOBBIE ROSE TRANSPORTED TO BERGER- TRESPASSING CHARGES FILED ON HER

1:24 PM: Hottrodder at RT 23/ RT 22 INTO THE CITY, OSP GOT A CALL ABOUT A RECKLESS OPERATING VEHICLE ON RT 23 THAT TURNED ON RT 22 AND HEADING INTO THE CITY VEHICLE IS PARKED UNOCCUPIED AT ON MAIN ST

1:37 PM: Accident ( No Injury) Hit Skip at Pickaway County Court House, CALLER ADVISED OF A HIT SKIP. A BLACK CHEVT CRUISE HIT A TAN SUV AND THEN TOOK OFF. A WITNESS ADVISED THE VEHICLE THAT TOOK OFF WAS REPORT TAKEN

1:51 PM: Domestic Trouble at W OHIO ST, CALLER ADVISED HER BOYFRIEND SMASHED GLASS INSIDE OF HER RESIDENCE BECAUSE HE IS MAD AND SHE WANTS HIM TO REMOVED REPORT TAKEN ON A DOMESTIC

3:32 PM: Traffic Offense at LOGAN ST, CALLER REQUESTING DOCUMENTATION AFTER THE OCCUPANTS OF A SILVER HYUNDAI ( FEIGNED LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO RUN INTO HIM AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. CALLER STATED THE UNKNOWN SUBJECTS KEPT DRIVING ON TOWN STREET. INFORMATION OBTAINED AND DOCUMENTED IN CASE OF FUTURE INVOLVEMENT. CALLER ADVISED TO MAKE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY IF HE RUNS INTO THE VEHICLE OR SUBJECTS AGAIN.

4:40 PM: Fight at S PICKAWAY ST, OFFICER MARKED OUT AT THIS LOCATION TO ASSIST PCSO WITH A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION BETWEEN SEVERAL SUBJECTS. *INCIDENT OCCURRED ORIGINALLY AT S. PICKAWAY ST. REPORT TAKEN

5:01 PM: Domestic Trouble at S COURT ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A OBSERVING A MALE SUBJECT PASS BY HER RESIDENCE AND THROWING SOMETHING IN HER BUSHES. CALLER ADVISED HER HUSBAND WENT OUTSIDE TO RETRIEVE THE ITEM AND FOUND A CAMERA REPORT TAKEN

5:14 PM: Domestic Trouble at W OHIO ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HIS EX FINANCE (KELLY MURPHY) CHOKING HIM BECAUSE HE IS TRYING TO LEAVE HER. ARRESTS MADE ON PAUL ERNEST BRIGHT AND KELLI GRACE MURRAY FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. BOTH PRISONERS TRANSPORTED TO THE PICKAWAY COUNTY JAIL. SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT TAKEN: 2-19-002803.

7:14 PM: Traffic Offense at ATWATER AV, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A YOUNG FEMALE JUVENILE RIDING AROUND IN AN AUDI SPEEDING UPWARDS TO 60 MPH IN A 25 MPH ZONE. CALLER STATED SHE ATTEMPTED TO CONFRONT THE JUVENILE AND SHE JUST LAUGHED. CALLER DOES NOT FIND IT FUNNY AND BELIEVES SHE COULD CAUSE SERIOUS POTENTIAL HARM TO HER KIDS OR OTHERS IN THE AREA FROM THE ERRATIC DRIVING CALL HANDLED, BOTH PARTIES ADVISED

7:18 PM: Stolen Car at VILLA DR, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HER MOTHER’S VEHICLE BEING STOLEN. CALLER BELIEVES THE SUSPECT IS POSSIBLY XXX VEHICLE IS DESCRIBED AS A RED FORD MUSTANG ( WITH DRIVER’S SIDE FRONT END DAMAGE. CALLER STATED THE KEYS WERE NOT WITH THE VEHICLE BUT CALLER BELIEVES THE MALE SUSPECT STOLE THEM OUT OF HER HOUSE AS WELL. *OFFICER MARKED OUT WITH OCCUPIED STOLEN VEHICLE AT FRANKLIN/S. PICKAWAY REPORT TAKEN

7:56 PM: Juvenile Complaint at E OHIO ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A JUVENILE ( PUSHING HER CHILD OFF OF HIS BICYCLE AND STEALING IT FOR HIMSELF. REPORT TAKEN.

8:30 PM: Juvenile Complaint at CLINTON ST, CALLER REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH AN OFFICER REFERENCE PARENTS THREATENING TO BEAT HIS SON UP OVER A BICYCLE. SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT TAKEN: 2-19-002812

9:12 PM: Drunk at E MILL ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HER BROTHER ( BEING INTOXICATED AT HER HOUSE CAUSING PROBLEMS. CALL HANDLED, SUBJECT ADVISED OF CONDUCT AND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF DOC.

9:12 PM: Follow-up at ATWATER AV, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER REFERENCE A FOLLOW-UP IN REGARDS TO THE SPEEDING INCIDENT REPORTED EARLIER TO AN OFFICER. CALLER IS REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO THE REPORTING BEING MOTIVATED BY RACE ALL HANDLED, BOTH PARTIES ADVISED TO STAY AWAY FROM EACH OTHER.

9:22 PM: Domestic Trouble at E OHIO ST, OFFICER MARKED OUT NEAR THIS LOCATION WITH A DOMESTIC DISPUTE. NO DOMESTIC DISPUTE, WAITING ON FAMILY MEMBER TO PICK UP SMALL CHILD.

11:01 PM: Accident (Non Injury) at S PICKAWAY ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A VEHICLE (NON – INJURY) ACCIDENT AT THIS LOCATION INVOLVING TWO VEHICLES DESCRIBED AS A BLACK HONDA CRV AND GRAY FORD RANGER. REPORT TAKEN ON NON INJURY ACCIDENT. VEHICLE TOWED BY THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER

11:59 PM: Miscellaneous Complaint – at SPEEDWAY NORTH, ADVISED SHE WAS IN SPEEDWAY NORTH AND THE CLERK APPEARED TO BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BECAUSE THERE ARE MULTIPLE HOMELESS PEOPLE STANDING RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. RECEIVED A SECOND CALL REFERENCE THE LOCATION AND THE CLERK IS ASKING CUSTOMERS TO STAY IN THE STORE WITH HER BECAUSE SHE IS THERE BY HERSELF. ALL SUBJECTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED AND HAVE LEFT.
