7:35:27: Juvenile Complaint at S WASHINGTON ST, CALLER ADVISED HER 12 YO GRAND DAUGHTER WONT GO TO SCHOOL. JUVENILE WAS ADVISED BY THE OFFICER TO GET READY AND GO TO SCHOOL AND SHE HAS COMPLIED- GRANDPARENT WAS ADVISED ON USE OF 911.

8:40:16: Well Being Check at E UNION ST, CALLER ADVISED OF A MALE PASSED OUT ON THE PORCH ACROSS THE STREET FROM HER RESIDENCE. CHECKS OKAY- THE MALE LIVES THERE AND FELL ASLEEP ON THE PORCH WAITING FOR HIS RIDE TO WORK.

9:05:46: Domestic Trouble at E MILL ST, CALLER ADVISED THAT HER DAUGHTERS BOYFRIEND BEAT HER DAUGHTER UP AND THEN TOOK OFF IN HER WHITE 1999 FORD EXPLORER. REPORT TAKEN AND CHARGES BEING FILED.

10:57:20: Suspicious Person at 400 BLK N PICKAWAY ST, CALLER ADVISED OF A SUSPICIOUS MALE THAT STOOD AT THE BRIDGE FOR A LONG TIME AND APPEARS TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE MALE IS WEARING GREEN AND TAN CLOTHING CARYING A BACK PACK AND WALKING SOUTH BOUND. UNABLE TO LOCATE Circleville High School 002 : clear with report taken 2 -19- 002968.

10:59:23: Vandalism at 3** CLARK DR, OFFICER ADVISED A STUDENT INFORMED HIM THAT THEIR HOUSE WAS VANDALIZED. REPORT TAKEN.

11:00:44: Fight at 3** CLARK DR, A PARENT ADVISED THE OFFICER OF A FIGHT THAT HAPPENED BWTWEEN TWO STUDENTS AT THE SCHOOL YESTERDAY. INFORMATION OBTAINED.

11:28:28: Miscellaneous Complaint at E MAIN ST Suite: OH, CALLER ADVISED THAT SOMEONE IS MOWING THE GRASS AT THE GAS STATION AND BLOWING IT ALL IN THE ROADWAY AND HE AND A COUPLE OTHERS JUST WENT THROUGH THERE ON MOTORCYCLES AND ADVISED THAT IT IS DANGEROUS. REPORT TAKEN- HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF CLEARING THE GRASS OUT OF THE ROAD.

12:39:35: Vandalism at 4** E MAIN ST, CALLER ADVISED THAT HIS GRAND PARENTS HOUSE HAS BEEN VANDALIZED. NO REPORT TAKEN BY REQUEST. CALLER WANTED DOCUMENTATION AND PUT ON EXTRA PATROL.

14:46:01: Miscellaneous Complaint at 7*** Us Highway, CALLER ADVISED SOMEONE STOLE HIS IDENTITY AND OPENED A BANK ACCOUNT IN ASHVILLE. REFERRED TO THE PICKAWAY COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE AS FOR THIS IS THEIR JURISDICTION.

15:42:36: Nuisance Complaint at MEADOW DR, CALLER ADVISED OF TALL GRASS AT THIS LOCATION AND HE BELEIVES THE PROPERTY IS VACANT. NO REPORT TAKEN AT THIS TIME. TOO DARK FOR UNIT TO TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS. GRASS DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE EXCESSIVELY HIGH – RESIDENCE SEEMS TO BE VACANT.

16:17:36: Domestic Trouble at KIMBERLY PL, CALLER ADVISED HIS UNCLE CAME INTO THE RESIDENCE AND ATTEMPTED TO ASSAULT HIS GRANDMOTHER. REPORT TAKEN, ARREST MADE ON CHARLES BLANKENSHIP II FOR AN ACTIVE WARRANT.

17:48:12: Vandalism at 3** TOWN ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO JUVENILES PAINTING A STOP SIGN NEAR THIS RESIDENCE BLUE. REPORT TAKEN – SERVICE DEPARTMENT ADVISED.

18:00:37: Theft at 1*** N COURT ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A MALE SUBJECT FLEEING THE STORE WITH A DEWALT TOOL SET. CALLER ADVISED THE MALE DROPPED THE PROPERTY AFTER BEING PURSUED THEN LEFT THE AREA. STOLEN PROPERTY RECOVERED BY BUSINESS. *2ND CALLER: CALLER ADVISED OF BEING AN OFFICER DUTY OFFICER AND PURSUING AFTER A THEFT IN PROGRESS. CALLER STATED THE MALE ENDED UP DITCHING THE PROPERTY BUT HE STILL HAS EYES ON HIM AND HE IS ABOUT TO GET IN AN OLDER TAN HONDA CIVIC WITH A WHITE FEMALE DRIVER. VEHICLE IS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON COURT STREET. REPORT TAKEN.

18:56:18: Follow-Up at N COURT ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER AFTER WITNESSING A THEFT AT ACE HARDWARE. INFORMATION OBTAINED.

19:03:11: Fire at MARGERET LN, CALLER ADVISED OF THE NEIGHBOR IN THEIR ALLEY HAVING A BONFIRE IN WHICH THE SMOKE AND ASHES ARE COMING INTO HER YARD. 2ND CALL: CALLER STATED THE IF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT DID NOT GET DOWN HERE THEN SHE WAS GOING OVER THEM AND HANDLE THE SITUATION HERSELF. CALLER WAS ADVISED TO STAY WHERE SHE WAS AND LET THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HANDLED THE CALL. CALLER REQUESTED AN OFFICER BEFORE DISCONNECTING. FIRE WAS WITHIN CODE WITH NO VIOLATIONS.

19:49:16: Drunk Driver at N PICKAWAY ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER AFTER FOLLOWING A POSSIBLE INTOXICATED DRIVER IN A DODGE CALIBER. CALLER STATED THE MALE HIT A STOP SIGN NEAR THE SCIOTO PAINT FACILITY THEN PROCEEDED THROUGH THE DITCH. CALLER FOLLOWED HIM ALL THE WAY TO THIS LOCATION. 2ND CALL: – -. NO DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY NEAR SCIOTO PAINT, ALL STOP SIGNS INTACT. DRIVER CHECKED OKAY WITH NO SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT. NO REPORT TAKEN AT THIS TIME.
