12:48 AM: Suspicious Vehicle at DAIRY SHED, OFFICER MARKED OUT WITH TWO SUSPICIOUS VEHICLES IN THE PARKING LOT CHECKED OKAY BY OFFICER.

12:50 AM: Prowler at E MOUND ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO SUBJECTS POUNDING AND THROWING OBJECTS AT THE WINDOW’S OF HER RESIDENCE. CALLER ADVISED THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON EVERY NIGHT AND THIS TIME THEY LEFT BEHIND THE OBJECTS THEY’VE THROWN. UNABLE TO LOCATE, RESIDENTS ARE REQUESTING EXTRA PATROL DURING NIGHT TIME HOURS

1:03 AM: Domestic Trouble at E OHIO ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO GETTING INTO AN VERBAL ALTERCATION WITH HIS OTHER HALF AND SHE TOOK OFF IN THE AREA OF THIS LOCATION. CALLER STATED SHE HAS A WHICH IS CURRENTLY CAUSING HER TO SPIT UP BLOOD. REPORT TAKEN.

1:36 AM: Juvenile Complaint at LOGAN ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO AN UNKNOWN JUVENILE HARASSING HIM AT HIS RESIDENCE. NO REPORT TAKEN, JUVENILE ADVISED.

2:06 AM: Theft at N COURT ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HIS VEHICLE BEING BROKEN INTO A FEW DAYS AGO. NO REPORT TAKEN AT THIS TIME, ADVISED TO MAKE CONTACT WHEN NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

8:59 AM: Theft at ROSEWOOD AV, CALLER ADVISED SHE SEEN A MALE STEAL A BICYCLE FROM HER NEIGHBORS BACK YARD, THE BIKE IS GREEN AND BLACK AND THE MALE APPEARED TO BE IN HIS EARLY 20’S AND HE IS WEARING A BRIGHT ORANGE SHIRT. DISPATCH MADE CONTACT WITH THE HOMEOWNER ON ROSEWOOD WHO CONFIRMED HE HAD A BICYCLE IN HIS BACK YARD AND WILL BE SENDING HIS WIFE HOME TO CONFORM ITS MISSING NO REPORT TAKEN BY REQUEST- OFFICER SPOKE WITH HOMEOWNER AND WAS ADVISED THEY WILL JUST KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THE BIKE

10:29 AM: Parking Complaint at WILSON AV, ANONYMOUS CALLER ADVISED OF A GOLD CAR PARKED IN FRONT OF A RED SEMI THAT HAS BEEN PARKED FOR A WEEK AND HASN’T MOVED, THE CAR HAS ROSS COUNTY TAGS AND CALLER BELIEVES IT COULD BE DRUG RELATED CHECKS OKAY- ITS LEGALLY PARKED AND THE REGISTERED OWNER LIVES ON NORTH COURT STREET WHERE HE ISN’T ABLE TO PARK IT

11:01 AM: Suspicious Person at Roundtown Paws & Claws, CALLER ADVISED OF AN ELDERLY FEMALE WITH A RED COAT, DRESS, NO SHOES, AND TWO BAGS PACING BACK AND FORTH NEAR THIS ADDRESS. FEMALE CHECKS OKAY. SHE IS HOMELESS AND WAITING FOR SOMEONE AT THE CHURCH

12:43 PM: Suspicious Person at GARDEN PRKWAY/ MEADOW LN, CALLER ADVISED OF A MALE WALKING AND APPEARS DISORIENTED, WEARING WHITE T SHIRT, RED BALL CAP AND BLUE SHORTS UNABLE TO LOCATE

2:05 PM: Suspicious Vehicle at RUSTIC CT / BARRY DR, ANONYMOUS CALLER ADVISED OF A BLACK VAN AND A BLACK SUBURBAN DRIVING ERRATICALLY AND THE MALES HAVE TOWELS ON THEIR HEADS UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY SUCH VEHICLES

2:18 PM: Theft at CIRCLEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT, CALLER WAS AT YESTERDAY AND CHECKED OUT AT 7:26PM AND ACCIDENTALLY LEFT HER PHONE INSIDE OF THE CART, SHE WENT BACK AND COULDN’T FIND IT. SOMEONE HAS BEEN MAKING PHONE CALLS FROM IT REPORT TAKEN

3:18 PM: Domestic Trouble at ADENA HEATH SYSTEMS, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A FEMALE ( IN THE LOBBY ADVISING SHE WAS ASSAULTED BY HER HUSBAND (WILLIAM STONEROCK). MALE HALF LEFT AND IS WALKING AROUND THE AREA IN THE A CAMOUFLAGE HAT WITH RED SHORTS. ARREST MADE ON WILLIAM HENRY STONEROCK FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. PRISONER TRANSPORTED TO PICKAWAY COUNTY JAIL. REPORT TAKEN.

3:26 PM: Domestic Trouble at PICKAWAY COUNTY LIBRARY, CALLER ADVISED HER HUSBAND (WILLIAM STONEROCK) TOOK OFF FROM THIS LOCATION TOWARDS SPEEDWAY NORTH. CALLER ADVISED SHE WAS IN AN ALTERCATION WITH THE MALE HALF. INFORMATION OBTAINED, OFFICERS ALREADY DISPATCHED.

3:44 PM: Domestic Trouble at LOGAN ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HEARING HER DAUGHTER IN AN ALTERCATION OVER THE PHONE WITH CALLER ADVISED HER DAUGHTER TOLD HER HAD DAMAGED HER VEHICLE AND WAS CHASING HER AROUND. CALLER STATE HER DAUGHTER WAS TOO AFRAID TO CALL FOR HELP. REPORT TAKEN ON VANDALISM AND ASSAULT. VICTIM DECLINED CHARGES OR TO COOPERATE.

3:54 PM: Suspicious Person at E MOUND ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER TO CHECK A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT SHE BELIEVES TO BE POSING AS AN ENERGY COMPANY TO RETRIEVE UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE’S INFORMATION. MALE IS WEARING A DARK SHIRT WITH JEANS AND A BADGE AROUND HIS NECK. CALLER STATED HE GREW ANGRY WHEN SHE REFUSED HIM AT THE DOOR. UNABLE TO LOCATE TO SUBJECT.

4:28 PM: Accident (Non Injury) at KROGER, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A NON – INJURY VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN THE PARKING LOT OF THIS LOCATION. VEHICLE INVOLVED ARE DESCRIBED AS A WHITE TOYOTA CAMRY AND WHITE KIA. CALLER STATED THEY WOULD BE LOCATED NEAR THE PHARMACY ENTRANCE IN THE PARKING LOT. NO REPORT TAKEN – BOTH PARTIES EXCHANGED INFORMATION.

4:46 PM: Theft at S WESTERN AV, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HIS MEDICATION BEING STOLEN. REPORT TAKEN.

4:46 PM: Neighbor Trouble at WATT ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO THE NEIGHBOR CALLING HER NAMES IN A DRUNKEN STUPOR WHILE SHE IS OUT PULLING WEEDS. NO REPORT TAKEN, ALL PARTIES ADVISED TO STAY AWAY FROM EACH OTHER.

5:08 PM: Vandalism at KROGER, CAME ON STATION REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A SUBJECT SLAMMING A SHOPPING CART INTO HIS VEHICLE. REPORT TAKEN.

5:51 PM: Stolen Car at TWIN OAKS APARTMENT COMPLEX, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER TO CHECK THE PARKING LOT OF THIS LOCATION FOR A STOLEN VEHICLE DESCRIBED AS A 2020 GRAY NISSAN ALTIMA (VIN: CALLER STATED IT WAS STOLEN FROM NOURIS AUTO IN CHILLICOTHE. IS THE SUSPECT WHO HAS POSSIBLY TAKEN THE CAR AND PUT NEW TAGS ( ON IT. VEHICLE WAS NOT IN THE PARKING LOT.

6:12 PM: Theft at W OHIO ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER TO CHECK ON THIS RESIDENCE DUE TO PEOPLE MOVING PROPERTY OUT OF THE HOUSE AND THEY ARE CONCERNED IT IS BEING STOLEN. ALSO THERE ARE MULTIPLE SUBJECTS IN THE RESIDENCE. CHECKED OKAY.

6:42 PM: Suspicious Person at ELSEA’S MOBILE HOME VILLAGE, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO SUSPICIOUS SUBJECTS IN THE AREA GOING DOOR TO DOOR ASKING RESIDENTS IF THEY WANT THEIR RATES LOWERED. SUBJECTS LEFT PRIOR TO OFFICER ARRIVAL.

7:03 PM: Disturbance at OHIO HEIGHTS APARTMENT COMPLEX, CALLER REQUESTING OFFICERS DUE TO A MALE SUBJECT BEATING ON THEIR BACK DOOR WHILE ALSO BEING IN POSSESSION OF A HATCHET. REPORT TAKEN ON DOC, MALE’S PROPERTY HAS BEEN CONFISCATED AND WILL BE ENTERED IN FOR DESTRUCTION.

7:19 PM: Threats Or Harassment – at KINGSTON CT, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO THE FATHER OF A BOY WHO REPORTED HIS MOTOR SCOOTER STOLEN YESTERDAY APPROACHING HER RESIDENCE MAKING THREATS DUE TO BELIEVING SHE WAS INVOLVED IN THE THEFT. CALLER ADVISED THE MALE HAS SINCE LEFT BUT HE MADE THREATS TO COME BACK TO THE HOUSE. MALE WAS REPORTEDLY UNDER THE INFLUENCE. NO REPORT TAKEN, ADVISED TO MAKE CONTACT WHEN MALE RETURNS.

7:40 PM: Accident (Non Injury) at S PICKAWAY ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A MINOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT AT THIS LOCATION. REPORT TAKEN, CITATION ISSUED TO DRIVER OF UNIT 1.

9:53 PM: Domestic Trouble at HALF AV, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HER EX ( ATTEMPTING TO APPEAR LIKE HE WAS GOING TO STRIKE HER WITH HIS VEHICLE WHILE THEY WERE BOTH AT A STOP SIGN. *2ND CALL: – REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO HIS EX ( HARASSING HIM. CALLER WILL BE EN ROUTE TO SPEAK WITH AN OFFICER IN REGARDS TO THE INCIDENT. 

9:59 PM: Juvenile Complaint at LOGAN ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO THREE JUVENILES THROWING EGGS AT THEIR RESIDENCE. CALLER REQUESTING EXTRA PATROL FOR THEIR RESIDENCE.

10:04 PM: Fire at E UNION ST, CALLER REQUESTING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT REFERENCE A BURN COMPLAINT AT THIS LOCATION. CALLER STATED THE FLAMES WERE HIGH WHICH IS CAUSE FOR CONCERN. CHECKED, FIRE WAS UP TO CODE – NO VIOLATIONS.

10:10 PM: Telephone Harassment at CIRCLEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT, CAME ON STATION REQUESTING DOCUMENTATION DUE TO HER GRANDFATHER HARASSING HER VIA CELL PHONE. REPORTEE ADVISED SHE HAS HIM BLOCKED HE IS TELLING OTHERS SHE IS A DRUG USER WHICH IS RESULTING IN SUBJECTS CALLING HER TRYING TO GET HER TO PURCHASE DRUGS. INFORMATION OBTAINED, REPORTEE JUST REQUESTING DOCUMENTATION IN CASE HER GRANDFATHER CONTINUES TO HARASS HER AND MAKE CONTACT

10:16 PM: Suspicious Vehicle at SOUTH COURT CAR WASH & PET WASH, CALLER ADVISED OF A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE DESCRIBED AS A GRAY ALERO SITTING IN THE WASH BAY OF THIS LOCATION. CALLER ADVISED HE BELIEVES THE OCCUPANT TO BE WAITING FOR NARCOTICS. CHECKED OKAY.

10:56 PM: Threats Or Harassment at W FRANKLIN ST, CALLER REQUESTING AN OFFICER DUE TO A MALE SUBJECT POUNDING ON HER DOOR BECAUSE HE WAS UPSET SHE PARKED INTO HIS SPOT. CALLER STATED HE WAS AGGRESSIVE AND SHE WAS CONCERNED FOR HER OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF HER PROPERTY. CALLER ADVISED THE “PARKING SPOT” SHE TOOK IS WHERE HE PARKS HIS TWO BICYCLES. NO REPORT TAKEN – EXTRA PATROL REQUESTED FOR THE EVENING.

11:04 PM: Domestic Trouble at LOGAN ST, ADVISED HE IS DOWN AT THE RESIDENCE TO OBTAIN HIS AMP FROM CAR, AND SHE IS REFUSING TO GIVE HIM THE PROPERTY. CALLER STATED THAT IS JUST YELLING AND SCREAMING AT HIM. NO REPORT TAKEN – THE MALE AGREED TO GIVE THE SPEAKERS TO THE FEMALE, AND THE MALE HAS BEEN ADVISED NOT TO RETURN TO THE LOCATION.
