Comments: PERFORMED COMPLAINT INSPECTION. THE CEILING IN THE WOMEN’S RESTROOM WAS NOT BEING HELD UP WITH BOARDS AND NO ANTS WERE OBSERVED IN THE DINING AREA. THE FLOOR IN THE PREP AREA OF THE KITCHEN IS DIRTY AND NEEDS TO BE CLEANED. ALSO, THE FLOOR IN THE WAREWASHING ROOM AND THE CEILING AREA IN THE KITCHEN STILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED. SEE VIOLATIONS SECTION FOR DETAILS AND ENSURE VIOLATIONS ARE CORRECTED. COMPLAINT CLOSED.

    • Corrected During Inspection Food not protected from contamination. OBSERVED CHICKEN STORED IN PLASTIC CONTAINERS THAT ARE NOT FOR FOOD IN THE FREEZER.

    • Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. OBSERVED CUTTING BOARD THAT HAVE DEEP SCRATCHES AT THE PREP AREA. MAKE SURE THAT THE CUTTING BOARD IS MAINTAINED IN AN ACCEPTABLE MANNER. THE CUTTING BOARD SHALL BE RESURFACED OR REPLACED. ENSURE THAT ALL BOARDS ARE SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE AND NON-ABSORBENT.
