NBC still not available to many DirecTV customers

DirecTV and AT&T U-verse customers in the Columbus, Dayton, Steubenville and Youngstown television markets are four of the nearly 100 markets across the United States that still don’t have their local NBC station because of a contract dispute.

The blackout began July 4, between AT&T and the owner of the stations, Nexstar Media Group. A total of 120 channels in 97 markets were pulled from the air.

Both companies are blaming each other for the failure to reach a new agreement.
