Two MSL teams above playoff cut line in debut poll

Two football teams in the Mid-State League are in playoff position following four weeks of play.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association released the first round of rankings today. Both Bloom-Carroll and Amanda-Clearcreek are in the top eight of their respective regions which would qualify them for the playoffs. Teays Valley remains in the hunt, just five positions below the cut line.

Ohio’s football playoffs begin Nov. 8 and 9.
